About this Blog

This blog is a sample CAS blog. Some of the entries are from an IB training workshop. I created some of them myself. I hope that having a sample like this helps you to get an idea of what a CAS blog might be like and the types of reflections that you could write.

Also take a look at the way you can label your posts by learning outcomes. This is a great way to organize your blog and will help you when you have to show evidence of meeting the learning outcomes at the end of CAS.
